Tamilnadu Sustainably Harnessing Ocean Resources and Blue Economy (TN-SHORE)
Reviving coastal ecosystems and strengthening communities along Tamil Nadu’s 1,076 km shoreline.
Tamilnadu Sustainably Harnessing Ocean Resources and Blue Economy (TN-SHORE) restores and manages fragile coastal ecosystems, addressing climate threats, erosion, and extreme weather through nature-based solutions and sustainable development.
Led by TNGCC and collaborating with government departments and communities, TNCRM protects over 1,000 km of coastline via conservation, infrastructure upgrades, and community-based initiatives.
